FlexxCool was born of necessity. Our parent company, Flexxaire, wanted to improve their coolant procedures, so we created a solution. Now, other machine shops can reap the same benefits from our time-saving, waste-reducing CNC machine coolant system.

BORN FROM NECESSITY

As manufacturers ourselves, we know the challenges that arise when filling coolant manually, like the need to stop production. We could not run our CNC machines lights-out because the coolant would run dry. We knew there had to be a better way.

So, we set about developing a solution that would eventually become FlexxCool. We have built a CNC machine coolant system that delivers unparalleled savings, efficiency, and performance.

Once we developed the first iteration of FlexxCool, we discovered that by keeping our machines always full and at the right concentration, all of our other coolant issues went away. We then knew we were on to something and that we could help other manufacturers. Now, there is a better way available to manufacturers everywhere.
